The demand for digital technologies and competent specialists is growing. The paper deals with the issues of digitalization of culture and society, its direction. The ways of developing the concepts of digital culture and digital transformation are discussed and interpretations of these concepts are given, taking into account the significance of sociocultural factors. The issue of digitalization in the Republic of Belarus, the main provisions of the state program and activities aimed at the innovative development of culture are considered |
