Research on risk impact on Chinese companies’ corporate value

Abstract

This article mainly studies whether there is a correlation between corporate risk and corporate value. After finding a suitable evaluation method, this article introduces three Chinese real estate companies to verify the case. Through case analysis, it can be found that there is a correlation between corporate risk and corporate value, which is of great significance for companies to improve the management and control of corporate risks. This article also proposes related risk management and control methods, which can enable enterprises to manage risks more limitedly, thereby enhancing corporate value
