Research on inter-agency competitive intelligence cooperation model under tri-helix model

Abstract

With the accelerated development of economic globalization, the level of information cooperation and sharing between enterprises, governments and scientific research institutions is more and more demanding. Based on the triple helix theory, this paper establishes a competitive intelligence cooperation model among regional governments, institutions, and industries, which aims to promote the coordinated and efficient development of regional industries through the practical application of this model. It is hoped that enterprises, scientific research institutions, government and other departments can make use of the advantages and disadvantages of various resources to realize «1+1+1>3» of competitive intelligence value in relevant departments
