| Abstract: | Важной задачей в профессиональной подготовке будущих диспетчеров по управлению воздушным движением являются следующие когнитивно-стилевые характеристики: полезависимость и поленезависимость, импульсивность и рефлективность, а также ригидность и гибкость познавательного контроля. Установлено, что данные диспетчеры, в сравнении с курсантами, имеют статистически более высокие показатели поленезависимости и рефлективности (на уровне тенденций). Выявлены положительные связи показателей поленезависимости и рефлективности и отрицательные связи показателей установочной ригидности и сенситивной ригидности с показателем успешности тренажерной подготовки курсантов. На последний оказывают влияние поленезависимость и рефлективность. |
| Abstract (in another language): | An important task in the professional training of future air traffic controllers is the cognitive-style characteristics: field dependence and field independence, impulsivity and reflexivity, and rigidity and flexibility of cognitive control. As a result of the study, it was found that air traffic controllers in comparison with cadets have statistically higher indicators of field independence, as well as reflectivity (at the level of trends). Positive correlations of indicators of field independence and reflectivity and negative correlations of indicators of attitution rigidity and sensitive rigidity with the success of training cadets were revealed. Such cognitive-style characteristics as field independence and reflectivity influence the success of training cadets. |
