| Abstract: | В статье обозначены аспекты использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий в процессе подготовки магистров направления подготовки «Юриспруденция». Автор обосновывает комплексный подход к образовательному процессу, обеспечивающий решение задач по формированию профессиональной и технологической компетентности будущего выпускника. Применение предложенного автором подхода обуславливает необходимость создания системного и целостного методического обеспечения преподавания дисциплин, основанного на современных информационно-коммуникационных технологиях. Анализ современных образовательных задач магистратуры позволил сформулировать основные требования к инструментарию, используемому для их решения. | Abstract (in another language): | The article outlines the aspects of the information and communication technologies usage in the process of preparing masters in the field of «Jurisprudence». The author substantiates an integrated approach to the educational process, which provides a solution to the tasks of forming the professional and technological competence of the future graduate. The application of the approach proposed by the author necessitates the creation of a systematic and holistic methodological support for teaching disciplines based on modern information and communication technologies. The analysis of modern educational tasks of the master's degree allowed us to formulate the basic requirements for the tools used to solve them. The problems of the current state of electronic educational resources in legal education are revealed |
