Abstract: | The article models the spatial effects at the level of districts and towns of regional subordination of Belarus (129 administrative-territorial entities). The analytical search of spatial effects was carried out based on indicators of the real average monthly salaries and wages and retail space of stores per 10000 people by means of spatial econometrics methods. A distinctive feature of the study is the use of the variogram method to determine the bandwidth while defining spatial weights matrices. The existence of spatial effects in terms of the real average monthly salaries and wages is proved as a result |
