Abstract: | The developed fuzzy-possibility approach (FPA) is intended first of all for formalization of the explicit and implicit expert knowledge in the form of analytical models. The conceptual idea of this approach is the synthesis of elements of the theory of fuzzy sets (FST) in terms of extraction of expert knowledge (EK) and its formalization by methods of the theory of planning of experiments (TPE). In this case, highly qualified specialists with sufficient experience in their subject area act as experts. At the same time, the FPA extends the classes of solving problems of modeling the state of the complex systems (CS) to the weakly formalized and difficult to formalize |
