| Abstract: | We find limit joint distributions of statistics of “Monobit Test” “Frequency Test within a Block”, “Runs Test” and a generalization of “Non-overlapping Template Matching Test” from the NIST statistical test suite assuming that statistics are computed for the Bernoulli sequence with success probability p. Analogous results are obtained for “Monobit Test”, “Frequency Test within a Block” and “Cumulative Sums Test”. A modification of the statistic of “Spectral test” is proposed and its limit distribution is obtained |
