Abstract: The object of investigation is an open Markov queuing G-network with balancers, that is, objects capable of regulating the load in the G-network in order to minimize the waiting time for an application in the network system. In terms of information and telecommunication systems and networks (ITSS), this object is a load regulator between network servers in order to reduce the response time to a client request. The aim of the study is to analyze such a network in a transient (non-stationary) mode, to find the probabilistic-temporal characteristics
