| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются подходы Республики Беларусь и Республики Казахстан к формированию повестки дня развития Евразийского экономического союза. Произведено сравнение основных инициатив 2022 г., выдвинутых в условиях санкционного давления на Российскую Федерацию и обострившейся геополитической ситуации в Восточной Европе. Показано, что инициативы Республики Беларусь направлены на развитие самодостаточности и технологической независимости ЕАЭС, развития общих производственных цепочек, в то время как Казахстан стремится делать акцент на привлечении инвесторов и создании для них благоприятных условий работы. Сделан вывод о том, что различие в подходах к формированию повестки дня отражает особенности национальных экономических моделей Беларуси и Казахстана, а также обусловлено разным влиянием санкционного давления со стороны стран Запада |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the approaches of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan to the formation of the agenda for the development of the Eurasian Economic Union. A comparison of the main initiatives for 2022 in the context of sanctions pressure on the Russian Federation and the aggravated geopolitical situation in Eastern Europe is made. It is shown that the initiatives of the Republic of Belarus are aimed at developing the self-sufficiency and technological independence of the EAEU, the elaboration of common production chains, while Kazakhstan seeks to focus on attracting investors and creating favorable working conditions for them. It is concluded that the difference in approaches to the formation of the agenda reflects the peculiarities of the national economic models of Belarus and Kazakhstan, and different influence of sanctions pressure from Western countries |
