| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются таможенные территории интеграционных объединений, выступающие в качестве гаранта обеспечения экономической безопасности. Исследованы аспекты таможенного законодательства в Содружестве Независимых Государств и особенности функционирования таможенных территорий Союзного государства и Евразийского экономического союза. Отмечено, что основой формирования таможенных территорий на постсоветском пространстве послужил опыт функционирования таможенной территории Союза Советских Социалистических Республик и его таможенное законодательство. Сделаны выводы о роли таможенных территорий интеграционных объединений в международном сотрудничестве |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the customs territories of integration associations, acting as a guarantor of economic security. Aspects of customs legislation in the Commonwealth of Independent States and features of the functioning of the customs territories of the Union State and the Eurasian Economic Union have been studied. It is noted that the experience of functioning of the customs territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and its customs legislation served as the basis for the formation of customs territories in the post-Soviet space. Conclusions are drawn about the role of customs territories of integration associations in international cooperation |
