| Abstract: | Новые вызовы глобальной экономики, сопровождаемые ростом протекционизма, изменением организационно-правовых условий ведения внешнеэкономической деятельности, усилением интеграционных процессов в экономике, сменой технологической парадигмы повышают требования к деятельности таможенных органов. В этих условиях на современную таможню возлагается решение важных задач по обеспечению защиты национальной безопасности и созданию условий для упрощения международной торговли. Исследование направлено на выявление современных тенденций в области таможенно-тарифного регулирования, что позволит определить актуальные направления развития таможенных органов в контексте внешних вызовов и угроз |
| Abstract (in another language): | New challenges of the global economy, accompanied by the growth of protectionism, changes in the organizational and legal conditions for conducting foreign economic activity, strengthening of integration processes in the economy, and a change in the technological paradigm increase the requirements for the activities of customs authorities. Under these conditions, the modern customs is entrusted with the solution of important tasks to ensure the protection of national security and create conditions for the facilitation of international trade. The study is aimed at identifying current trends in the field of customs and tariff regulation, which will determine the current directions for the development of customs authorities in the context of external challenges and threats |
