| Abstract: | В статье показано, что City Brain играет важную роль в поддержке цифровой трансформации китайских мегаполисов. Дан обзор концепции, характеристик и ключевых технических возможностей «городского мозга» — от сбора данных до вмешательства в функционирование муниципальных служб, рассмотрен процесс эволюции City Brain на примере г. Ханчжоу, представлены текущие практики работы операционных платформ City Brain в нескольких городах Китая. Исходя из китайского опыта внесены предложения по развитию умных городов в Республике Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article shows that City Brain plays an important role in supporting the digital transformation of Chinese megacities. An overview of the concept, characteristics and key technical capabilities of the “City Brain” is given — from data collection to interference in the functioning of municipal services, the process of evolution of City Brain is considered on the example of Hangzhou, the current practices of the City Brain operating platforms in several cities of China are presented. Based on the Chinese experience, proposals have been made for the development of smart cities in the Republic of Belarus |
