| Abstract: | Цель статьи охарактеризовать особенности развития образовательного потенциала в условиях международной экономической интеграции на постсоветском пространстве. В статье отмечены различные подходы стран к реализации образовательного потенциала, указана определенная зависимость индекса человеческого развития от ожидаемой и средней продолжительности обучения в странах лидерах рейтинга ИЧР, а также в странах СНГ и ЕАЭС. Обозначены основные достижения в образовательной сфере в условиях разноскоростной интеграции СНГ, ЕАЭС и Союзного государства. Выявлены проблемы развития образовательного потенциала и предложены пути их решения через стимулирование международного образовательного сотрудничества. Работа выполняется при частичной поддержке проекта Совместного института ДПУ-БГУ при Дальяньском политехническом университете (ICR2101) по изучению развития карьеры и оценки качества образования выпускников Совместного института ДПУ-БГУ |
| Abstract (in another language): | The purpose of the article is to characterize the features of the development of educational potential in the conditions of international economic integration in the post-Soviet space. The article notes the different approaches of countries to the realization of educational potential, indicates a certain dependence of the human development index on the expected and average duration of education in the countries of the leaders of the HDI rating and the CIS and EAEU countries. The main achievements in the educational sphere in the conditions of multi-speed integration of the CIS, the EAEU and the Union State are outlined. The problems of the development of educational potential are identified and ways to solve them through the stimulation of educational cooperation are proposed. The work is carried out with partial support of the project of the Joint Institute of DUT-BSU at the Dalian University of Technology (ICR2101) to study career development and assess the quality of education of graduates of the Joint Institute of DUT-BSU |
