| Abstract: | В статье, рассматриваются теоретико-философские проблемы соотношения политики и юридической науки. Автор приходит к выводу, что юридическая наука может быть свободной от политического влияния исключительно в рамках трансцендентальной философии права. Вместе с тем, теория государства и права и отраслевые юридические науки по своей природе всегда будут вспомогательным механизмом воплощения возведённой в закон воли господствующего политического класса в конкретно исторический период развития государства и общества |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the theoretical and philosophical problems of the relationship between politics and legal science. The author comes to the conclusion that legal science can be free from political influence only within the framework of the transcendental philosophy of law. At the same time, the theory of state and law and branch legal sciences by their nature will always be an auxiliary mechanism for the implementation of the will of the ruling political class raised to law in a specific historical period of the development of the state and society |
