| Abstract: | Исследуется процесс цифровой трансформации таможенной сферы Республики Беларусь. Отмечена направленность Республики Беларусь на поддержание мировых тенденций в развитии таможенной сферы. Выделены достижения в области цифровой трансформации таможенной сферы в Республике Беларусь, в том числе в рамках реализации цифровых проектов на уровне ЕАЭС. Перечислены некоторые проблемы, препятствующие цифровому развитию таможенной сферы. Изучены некоторые целевые индикаторы Стратегии развития таможенных органов на 2021-2025 годы и прогнозный период до 2030 года. Предложены практические рекомендации для осуществления успешной цифровой трансформации таможенной сферы Республики Беларусь, а также указана необходимость реализации концепции «единого окна» посредством создание единой цифровой платформы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The process of digital transformation of the customs sphere of the Republic of Belarus is being studied. The focus of the Republic of Belarus on maintaining global trends in the development of the customs sphere is noted. Achievements in the field of digital transformation of the customs sphere in the Republic of Belarus, including the implementation of digital projects at the EAEU level, are highlighted. Some problems that hinder the digital development of the customs sphere are listed. Some target indicators of the Customs Development Strategy for 2021-2025 and the forecast period up to 2030 are studied. Practical recommendations for the successful digital transformation of the customs sphere of the Republic of Belarus are proposed, and the need to implement the concept of the «single window» through the creation of a single digital platform is indicated |
