| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается концепция самоактуализации личности и ее роль в профессиональной самореализации и карьерном росте будущих специалистов в целях решения задач Государственной программы «Образование и молодежная политика». Представлены технологии педагогического проектирования индивидуальной траектории профессионального развития будущего специалиста и условия их реализации. В качестве результата самоактуализации выступает приобретение и повышение уровня проектно-профессиональной компетентности будущего специалиста еще на студенческой скамье. Сформулированы основные направления деятельности вуза по формированию проектно-профессиональной компетентности будущих специалистов на основе самоактуализации. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the concept of personality self-actualization and its role in professional self-realization and career growth of future specialists in order to solve the problems of the State Program «Education and Youth Policy». The technologies of pedagogical design of an individual trajectory of professional development of a future specialist and the conditions for their implementation are presented. The result of self-actualization is the acquisition and improvement of the level of design and professional competence of a future specialist while still at the student’s bench. The main directions of the university’s activity on the formation of the design and professional competence of future specialists on the basis of self-actualization are formulated. |
