| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу опыта проведения исследований, позволяющих оценить качество организации и реализации учебного процесса. Отдельное внимание уделяется опросу «Преподаватель глазами студентов» и его результатам. Представлены анализ структуры опросного инструментария, организационные аспекты, принципы формирования рейтинга преподавателей по итогам опроса, основные направления его применения и ряд рисков использования результатов опроса. Приводятся результаты опроса, которые ставят под сомнение необходимость формирования общеуниверситетского рейтинга. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the analysis of the experience of conducting research to assess the quality of the organization and implementation of the educational process. Special attention is paid to the survey «Teacher through the eyes of students» and its results. The analysis of the structure of the survey toolkit, organizational aspects, principles of forming the rating of teachers based on the survey results, the main directions of its application and a number of risks of using the survey results are presented. The results of the survey are given, which cast doubt on the need for the formation of a university-wide ranking. |
