| Abstract: | Фотий I Константинопольский – самый образованный человек и интеллектуал IX века. Чтобы оценить роль Фотия в византийском возрождении девятого столетия, необходимо рассмотреть хотя бы в общих чертах его взгляды на мирскую ученость и эллинских авторов. После себя патриарх оставил много сочинений, один из которых «Библиотека». Немаловажным является исследование отдельных кодексов «Библиотеки». Кодекс 252 интересен тем, что его автор остался для нас анонимным. В докладе представлены исторические мнения о Григории Великом, составленные современными учеными и самим Фотием Константинопольским |
| Abstract (in another language): | Photius I of Constantinople is the most educated man and intellectual of the IX century. To assess the role of Photius in the Byzantine renaissance of the ninth century, it is necessary to consider at least in general terms his views on worldly scholarship and Hellenic authors. After himself, the patriarch left many works, one of which is “Library”. The study of individual codes of the “Library” is also important. The codex 252 is interesting because its author has remained anonymous for us. The report presents historical opinions about Gregory the Great by modern scholars and Photius of Constantinople himself |
