| Abstract: | В представленной статье отражены новейшие тенденции в институционализации ЕАЭС через анализ повесток председательствования в Организации Беларуси (2020 г.) и Казахстана (2021 г.). Рассмотрены структурные факторы тесной связи двух стран с их главным партнером — Российской Федерацией. С учетом таких факторов как: сотрудничество в энергетической сфере, торговля и военно-политические отношения определены стратегические интересы Беларуси и Казахстана в развитии партнерских отношений с Россией. Повестки председательствования Беларуси и Казахстана изучены в контексте развивающихся национальных и региональных политических процессов. Впервые сформулированы выводы относительно различий в белорусской и казахстанской интеграционной повестке |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reflects the latest trends in the institutionalization of the EAEU through the analysis of the agendas of the chairmanship in the Organization of Belarus (2020) and Kazakhstan (2021). The structural factors of the close relationship of the two countries with their main partner — the Russian Federation are considered. Taking into account such factors as: cooperation in the energy sector, trade and military-political relations, the strategic interests of Belarus and Kazakhstan in the development of partnership relations with Russia are determined. The agendas of the chairmanship of Belarus and Kazakhstan have been studied in the context of developing national and regional political processes. Conclusions on the differences in the Belarusian and Kazakh integration agenda are formulated for the first time |
