| Abstract: | Представлен биоинспирированный квазимолекулярный алгоритм сценарного анализа, на основе которого предложены семь сценариев социальных последствий цифровой трансформации образования и пять сценариев социальных и социотехнических последствий пандемии COVID-19. Отмечается, что сценарный подход является эффективным инструментом системного анализа и прогнозирования различных вариантов социальной активности интернет-пользователей в условиях коронакризиса. |
| Abstract (in another language): | A bioinspired quasi-molecular scenario analysis algorithm has been developed, on the basis of which seven scenarios of the social consequences of the digital transformation of education, as well as five scenarios of the development of the social consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, have been proposed. The scenario approach is an effective tool for system analysis and forecasting of various variants of social activity of Internet users in the conditions of the coronacrisis. |
