| Abstract: | Настоящая статья посвящена научному осмыслению роли «мягкой силы» культуры в процессе реализации Китаем инициативы «Пояс – путь» (ИПП). В современном отечественном научном политологическом дискурсе крайне нераскрытой остаётся роль «мягкой силы» культуры при реализации Китаем его масштабной инициативы «Пояс – путь». В результате проведённого исследования автором статьи сделаны выводы о том, что политические элиты КНР придают важное значение роли культуры в осуществлении ИПП, ставят цели по увеличению «мягкой силы» культуры в этом многоаспектном и длительном процессе. Данное исследование отличает высокая источниковая и историографическая проработанность, дающая возможность уверенно утверждать о достоверности и практической значимости сделанных выводов |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article is devoted to the scientific understanding of the role of «soft power» of culture in the process of China's implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). In modern Belarusian scientific political science discourse, the role of «soft power» of culture in the implementation of China's large-scale Belt and Road Initiative remains extremely undisclosed. As a result of the study, the author of the article draws conclusions that the political elites of the PRC put great importance to the role of culture in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, and set goals to increase the «soft power» of culture in this multifaceted and long-term process. This article is distinguished by a high source and historiographic study, which makes it possible to confidently assert the reliability and practical significance of the conclusions drawn |
