| Abstract: | Автором на основе анализа отечественной правовой доктрины и законодательства советского периода исследована проблема разработки и реализации организационно-правового механизма обжалования неправомерных действий должностных лиц государственных органов, которыми нарушались законные интересы граждан; проанализирована возможность правопритязаний граждан к государственным органам и их должностным лицам на предмет защиты своих законных прав и свобод; отмечено влияние советской юридической доктрины и практики на дальнейшую разработку вопросов обжалования неправомерных действий должностных лиц государственных органов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author, on the basis of an analysis of the legal doctrine and legislation of the Soviet period, investigated the problem of developing and implementing an organizational and legal mechanism for appealing against unlawful actions of officials of state bodies, which violated the legitimate interests of citizens; analyzed the possibility of citizens' claims to state bodies and their officials for the protection of their legal rights and freedoms; the influence of the Soviet legal doctrine and practice on the further development of issues of appeal against illegal actions of officials of state bodies is noted. |
