| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются вопросы цифровой прослеживаемости товаров, перемещаемых в условиях таможенной территории ЕАЭС. Выделены основные цели цифровизации прослеживаемости товаров, направленные на прозрачность перемещения грузов и их учета, наполняемость доходов бюджета и охрану жизни и здоровья граждан. Проведен анализ положений правовых актов в сфере цифровой прослеживаемости товаров и практика их применения. Раскрыты особенности механизма прослеживаемости, основанного на использовании сопроводительных документов в электронном виде. Сделаны выводы о значении цифровой прослеживаемости товаров, перемещаемых в условиях таможенной территории ЕАЭС, в цифровой экономике |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the issues of digital traceability of goods transported within the EAEU customs territory. The main goals of digital traceability of goods, aimed at the transparency of the movement of goods and their accounting, the filling of budget revenues and the protection of the life and health of citizens, are identified. An analysis of the provisions of legal acts in the field of digital traceability of goods and the practice of their application is carried out. The features of the traceability mechanism based on the use of accompanying documents in electronic form are disclosed. Conclusions are drawn on the importance of digital traceability of goods moved within the EAEU customs territory in the digital economy |
