| Abstract: | Обоснована необходимость формирования и развития интеллектуального потенциала специалистов промышленности. Раскрыты методические основы эффективного формирования и развития интеллектуального потенциала специалистов промышленности. Представлены стратегические направления повышения эффективности управления формированием и развитием интеллектуального потенциала специалистов (ИПС) с учетом содержания и специфики ИПС с высшим образованием с целью повышения его эффективности. Актуальность проблемы формирования и развития интеллектуального потенциала специалистов промышленности обусловлена необходимостью интенсификации и повышения эффективности производства на основе развития интеллектуального потенциала специалистов, экономики знаний, инновационного развития промышленных предприятий и их цифровизации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The necessity of forming and developing the intellectual potential of industry specialists is substantiated. The methodological foundations of the effective formation and development of the intellectual potential of industry specialists are disclosed. Strategic directions for improving the efficiency of managing the formation and development of the intellectual potential of specialists (IPS) are presented, taking into account the content and specifics of the IPS with higher education in order to increase its effectiveness. The urgency of the problem of formation and development of the intellectual potential of industrial specialists is due to the need to intensify and increase the efficiency of production based on the development of the intellectual potential of specialists, the knowledge economy, the innovative development of industrial enterprises and their digitalization |
