| Abstract: | Целью данной статьи является выявление особенностей и проблем реализации Цифровой повестки Евразийского экономического союза в контексте интеграционных процессов в рамках ЕАЭС. Автором уделяется особое внимание процессу принятия решений в рамках институтов ЕАЭС в цифровой сфере в качестве взаимодействия на наднациональном уровне. Автор приходит к выводу, что реализация проектов и инициатив Цифровой повестки ЕАЭС в целом осуществляются на достаточном уровне, хотя и сопряжена с некоторыми трудностями. При этом некоторые предусмотренные в повестке механизмы требуют гораздо более высокого уровня гармонизации и интеграции, к чему государства – участники ЕАЭС пока не готовы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The purpose of this article is to identify the features and problems of implementing the Digital Agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union in the context of integration processes within the EAEU. The author pays special attention to the decision-making process within the EAEU institutions in the digital sphere as interaction at the supranational level. The author comes to the conclusion that the implementation of projects and initiatives of the Digital Agenda of the EAEU as a whole is carried out at a sufficient level, although it is fraught with some difficulties. At the same time, some of the mechanisms provided for in the agenda require a much higher level of harmonization and integration, which the EAEU member states are not yet ready for |
