| Abstract: | Отношения с Россией и Беларусью на современном этапе являются значительной частью немецкого внешнеполитического дискурса. Германия стремилась усилить позиции в Беларуси. После президентских выборов 2020 года в Беларуси Берлину пришлось изменить свою стратегию. Германия поддержала лидера белорусской оппозиции Светлану Тихановскую и обвинила Россию и Беларусь в создании миграционного кризиса на границе с ЕС, что поспособствовало росту напряженности в отношениях с ними. Развитие кризиса на Украине рассматривается как определяющее российско-белорусские отношения события. Однако Германия стремится сохранить контакт с выходцами из России, Беларуси и Украины на территории ФРГ с целью поддержки представителей оппозиционных движений и усиления их влияния |
| Abstract (in another language): | Relations with Russia and Belarus at the present stage are a significant part of the German foreign policy discourse. Germany sought to strengthen its position in Belarus. After the 2020 presidential elections in Belarus, Berlin had to change its strategy. Germany had supported the leader of the Belarusian opposition Svetlana Tikhanovskaya and accused Russia and Belarus in creating the immigration crisis on the border with the EU, which has contributed to the growth of tension in the bilateral relations with them. The development of the crisis in Ukraine is seen as a defining event in Russian-Belarusian relations. However, Germany seeks to maintain contact with immigrants from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine on the territory of Germany in order to support representatives of opposition movements and strengthen their influence |
