| Abstract: | Рассматриваются цифровые компетенции, необходимые студентам в образовательном процессе и молодым специалистам в трудовой деятельности. Предложена модель основных цифровых компетенций. Показаны результаты исследований, проведенных среди белорусских студентов, а также среди работников Минска. Выявлено, как студенческая молодежь и молодые специалисты оценивают свои компетенции по овладению цифровыми технологиями, изучена их мотивация к освоению технических новинок. Полученные результаты могут использоваться для разработки мероприятий и программ по улучшению качества трудовой и образовательной деятельности. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper examines the digital competencies necessary for students in the educational process and young professionals in the workplace. A model of the key digital competencies has been constructed. The results of two surveys conducted among Belarusian students and among the young employees in Minsk are presented. The purpose of the article is to identify how students and young employees evaluate their digital competencies in mastering digital technologies, and to study youth motivation when mastering technical innovations. The results obtained can be used to develop activities and programs aimed at improvement of the quality of labour and the educational activities. |
