| Abstract: | Показано, что обеспечение так называемого «баланса экономических интересов» свидетельствует лишь об отсутствии явно выраженного конфликта сторон и не означает, что интересы акторов экономических отношений удовлетворены в одинаковой степени. Для реального учета интересов сторон необходимо их согласование в рамках господствующей в стране институциональной системы |
