| Abstract: | В статье предложена модель организационно-экономического механизма мотивационного стимулирования персонала, базирующаяся на учете особенностей организации, ее внутренней и внешней среды. Для принятия решения о политике стимулирования работников автором предлагается уделить внимание исследованию таких факторов, как миссия, согласованность, вовлеченность, способность к адаптации, а также проводить мониторинг эффективности целевых показателей, оказывающих влияние на процессы управления персоналом |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article proposes an organizational-economic mechanism for personnel incentives, based on the priority areas of employee motivation, as well as taking into account the characteristics of the organization, its internal and external environment. To make a decision on the policy of incentivizing employees, the author proposes to pay attention to the study of the factors such as mission, consistency, engagement, adaptability, as well as to monitor the effectiveness of target indicators that influence personnel management processes |
