| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию экономических интересов участников корпоративных отношений и разработке механизма их гармонизации. Изучена сущность экономических интересов, возникающих в рамках систем корпоративного взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов, и обоснована необходимость их согласования. Сформирован механизм гармонизации экономических интересов участников корпоративных структур, охватывающий ключевые стадии их развития и позволяющий обеспечить взаимовыгодное сотрудничество всем заинтересованным сторонам. Предложен инструментарий согласования исследуемых интересов, применение которого повысит эффективность внедрения механизма их гармонизации в практику хозяйствования корпоративных формирований |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the study of the economic interests of participants in corporate relations and the development of a mechanism for their harmonization. The essence of economic interests arising within the framework of the systems of corporate interaction between economic entities has been studied, and the need for their coordination has been substantiated. A mechanism has been formed for harmonizing the economic interests of participants in corporate structures, covering the key stages of their development and allowing for mutually beneficial cooperation with all interested parties. A toolkit for harmonizing the interests under study is proposed, the use of which will increase the efficiency of introducing the mechanism of their harmonization into the management practice of corporate formations |
