| Abstract: | В работе представлено исследование положения Республики Беларусь в международном рейтинге согласно Глобальному индексу инноваций (GII). Отражена динамика изменений с 2012 г. по 2021 г. Объектом исследования выступает ранг в рейтинге Республики Беларусь в сравнении с рангом стран-соседей и государств-членов ЕАЭС. Выделены направления, которые снижают ранг страны в международном рейтинге: институциональная структура; развитие внутреннего рынка и результаты творческой деятельности. Сформулированы возможные направления инновационного развития страны в дальнейшем |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article presents a study of the position of the Republic of Belarus in the international ranking according to The Global Innovation Index (GII). The dynamics of changes from 2012 to 2021 is reflected. The object of the study is the place in the ranking of the Republic of Belarus in comparison with the place of neighboring countries and member states of the EAEU. The directions that reduce the country's place in the international ranking are highlighted: institutions; market sophistication and creative outputs. Possible directions of innovative development of the country in the future are formulated |
