| Abstract: | Статья посвящена изучению культурной дипломатии КНР в период председательства Си Цзиньпина. Рассматриваются направления и институты внешней культурной политики Китая в современном мире, изучается отношение других стран к подъему Китая, определяется роль культурной дипломатии во внешней политике страны, предложенной председателем Си Цзиньпином. Актуальность этой темы заключается в том, что внешняя политика председателя Си Цзиньпина, особенно культурная, оказала большое влияние на политический, экономический и культурный порядок Китая и всего мира. Сегодня во всем мире возникает вопрос, угрозой или благом является высокий уровень развития Китая. Делается вывод, что Китай — ответственная страна, стремящаяся к миру, справедливости и взаимному выигрышу. Китайская культурная дипломатия, направленная на повышение международного имиджа Китая и обогащение культурного разнообразия мира, имеет большое значение для развития китайской и мировой культуры, китайское правительство вносит весомый вклад в дело общечеловеческого развития. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the study of cultural diplomacy of the People’s Republic of China during Xi Jinping presidency. The article examines the directions and institutions of China’s foreign cultural policy in the modern world, studies the attitude of other countries to the rise of China, determines the role of cultural diplomacy in the country’s foreign policy proposed by President Xi Jinping. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that President Xi Jinping’s foreign policy, especially cultural, has had a great impact on the political, economic and cultural order of China and the world. Today, China’s rise has attracted widespread attention around the world, and the question has arisen as to whether China’s rise is a threat or a boon to the world. Thus, it is concluded that China is a responsible country striving for peace, justice and mutual gain. Chinese cultural diplomacy, aimed at improving China’s international image and enriching the cultural diversity of the world, is of great importance for the development of Chinese and world culture, the Chinese Government makes and will make a significant contribution to the cause of universal development. |
