| Abstract: | Рассмотрены вопросы белорусско-польских отношений, не нашедшие позитивного решения и удовлетворения интересов обеих сторон. Это вопросы: о положении польского национального меньшинства в Беларуси (в трактовке польской стороны) или деятельности неофициального Союза поляков на Беларуси (в трактовке белорусской стороны); о малом приграничном движении. Указаны причины их обострения либо «замораживания». Первый вопрос может выступить фактором, затрудняющим продление межгосударственного Договора от 23 июня 1992 г., поскольку затрагивает несколько статей данного документа. Второй вопрос демонстрирует диссонанс между формально общими интересами сотрудничества и фактически разными национальными интересами |
| Abstract (in another language): | The issues of Belarusian-Polish relations that have not found a positive solution and satisfaction of the interests of both sides are considered. These are questions: about the situation of the Polish national minority in Belarus (as interpreted by the Polish side) or the activities of the unofficial Union of Poles in Belarus (as interpreted by the Belarusian side); about small border traffic. The reasons for their aggravation or "freezing" are indicated. The first issue may be a factor complicating the extension of the interstate Agreement of June 23, 1992, since it affects several articles of this document. The second question demonstrates the dissonance between formally common interests of cooperation and actually different national interests |
