| Abstract: | Рассматриваются особенности общественного устройства Республики Беларусь, связанные с восточной институциональной матрицей и социально-ориентированной моделью рыночной экономики мобилизационного характера. Обосновывается, что попытка «цветного блицкрига» 2020 г. в Беларуси была направлена на слом общественного устройства страны и в конечном счете на прекращение существования целостного и самостоятельно белорусского государства. Подчеркивается, что в условиях проводимых в стране реформ важно обеспечить преемственность в развитии, что будет иметь значение как для перспектив Беларуси, так и для развития геополитической ситуации на постсоветском пространстве и в России |
| Abstract (in another language): | The features of the social order of the Republic of Belarus, associated with the eastern institutional matrix and a socially oriented market economy of mobilization nature, are considered. It is substantiated that the attempt of the “color blitzkrieg” of 2020 in Belarus was aimed at destruction of the country's social order and, ultimately, at termination of an integral and independent Belarusian state. It is emphasized that in the context of reforms carried out in the country, it is necessary to ensure continuity in development, which will be important both for the prospects of Belarus and for the development of geopolitical situation in the post-Soviet area and in Russia |
