| Abstract: | Приведены определения цифровизации и цифровой трансформации. Рассмотрены основные документы в области цифрового развития Республики Беларусь. Перечисляются задачи, которые необходимо решать в развитии цифровизации для обеспечения устойчивого экономического развития, роста благосостояния и уровня жизни населения Предложена структура цифровой трансформации белорусского общества с точки зрения государственного аппарата. Приведены примеры успешного применения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в Беларуси. Предложен компетентностный подход к подготовке управленцев в эпоху цифровой трансформации. Цифровизация и цифровая трансформация рассмотрены как национальные интересы Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | Definitions of digitalization and digital transformation are given. The main documents in the field of digital development of the Republic of Belarus are considered. The tasks that need to be solved in the development of digitalization to ensure sustainable economic development, growth in welfare and living standards of the population are listed. The structure of the digital transformation of the Belarusian society from the point of view of the state apparatus is proposed. Examples of successful application of information and communication technologies in Belarus are given. A competency-based approach to training managers in the era of digital transformation is proposed. Digitalization and digital transformation are considered as the national interests of the Republic of Belarus |
