| Abstract: | Описана динамика международных отношений в моделях бинарных оппозиций и латерального мышления. Инициаторами интеллектуальной дискуссии по особенностям и перспективам трансформации международных отношений в начале XXI столетия стали Марлен Ларуэль и Кадзусигэ Кобаяси. Платформа диалога не-единомышленников может сыграть конструктивную роль в сохранении конструктивного диалога национальных государств. Этот аспект важно учитывать в структуре национальных интересов Республики Беларусь на фоне усиливающейся тенденции укрепления позиций в Европе сторонников бинарного мышления. В подобной ситуации трансформируются отношения политики и экономики. Группы интересов, сфокусированные на деятельности специализированных международных организаций, могут стать фундаментальной основой аннигиляции конфликтных интенций бинарного политического мышления |
| Abstract (in another language): | The dynamics of international relations in the models of binary oppositions and lateral thinking are described. Marlene Laruelle and Kazushige Kobayashi initiated an intellectual discussion on the specifics and prospects of the transformation of international relations at the beginning of the 21st century. A non-like-minded dialogue platform can play a constructive role in maintaining a constructive dialogue among nation states. It is important to take this aspect into account in the structure of the national interests of the Republic of Belarus against the background of the growing tendency to strengthen the positions of supporters of binary thinking in Europe. In such a situation, relations between politics and economics are being transformed. Interest groups focused on the activities of specialized international organizations can become the fundamental basis for the annihilation of the conflicting intentions of binary political thinking |
