| Abstract: | В статье на основе комплексного анализа глобальных тенденций мирового развития, происходящего в разгар пандемии коронавируса и сопряженного с усилившимся давлением Запада на Беларусь, раскрыты особенности взаимодействия основных центров силы, показано их влияние на состояние защищенности интересов личности, общества и государства в различных сферах национальной безопасности. Очерчены новые риски и вызовы, которые необходимо предусмотреть в новой редакции Концепции национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь, выстроив четкую систему механизмов противодействия угрозам |
| Abstract (in another language): | Based on a comprehensive analysis of global trends in world development occurring in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and associated with increased Western pressure on Belarus, the article reveals the specifics of the interaction of the main centers of power, shows their impact on the state of protection of the interests of the individual, society and the state in various areas of national security. The new risks and challenges that need to be envisaged in the new edition of the National Security Concept of the Republic of Belarus, having built a clear system of mechanisms to counter threats, are outlined |
