| Abstract: | В статье, написанной на материале одного из лучших романов Элизы Ожешко, рассматривается социальная проблема семьи и мезальянса, которую автор тесно связывает с проблемой эмансипации женщины и социальной интеграции. Пытаясь предугадать новое, интегрированное, демократическое общество, Ожешко делает землю «над Неманом» местом актуализации мифического мезальянса шляхты и крестьянства в современности как архетипа народа. Семейный союз главных героев лирического плана романа приобретает историческую значимость |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article, written on the basis of the best Eliza Ozheshko's novel, examines the social problem of the family, which the author closely links with the problem of misalliance, emancipation and social integration. Trying to predict a new, integrated, democratic society, Ozheshko makes the land “above the Neman” a place of actualization of the mythical misalliance of the gentry and the peasantry in the modern age of the archetype of the people.
