| dc.description.abstract | Анализируются результаты внедрения системы научного руководства бакалаврами в университетах Китая. Образовательная практика показывает, что наставничество содействует росту эффективности как в собственно академической, так и в воспитательно-идеологической сфере. В то же время существуют некоторые сложности с определением обязанностей научного руководителя. В связи с этим предлагаются такие шаги по улучшению системы, как продвижение концепции наставничества, разумное распределение числа студентов на одного преподавателя во избежание излишней нагрузки на него, улучшение условий работы, создание прозрачного механизма контроля и поощрения наставников и др. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | The results of the implementation of the system of scientific management of bachelors in universities of the People’s Republic of China are analysed. Educational practice shows that the system of scientific management of bachelors contri butes to the growth of efficiency both in the field of academic proper and in terms of educational and ideological. At the same time, there are some difficulties with defining the responsibilities of a student’s supervisor. Therefore, the article suggests some steps to improve the system, such as increasing the publicity of the relevant work, a reasonable distribution of the number of teachers to guide students, improving working conditions, creating a transparent mechanism for monitoring and encouraging, etc. | ru |
