Abstract:	Рассматриваются и сравниваются особенности участия государства в финансировании и развитии индустрии содержания на примере США, Великобритании, Японии и Китая. Выявлены позитивные тенденции такого участия за счет: создания кластеров, объединяющих творческие организации в сфере культуры и медиа; содействия работе социальных фондов; поддержки проектов и инициатив, прошедших экспертизу. Выявляются элементы зарубежного опыта, пригодные для применения в реформировании сферы культуры и медиа в Китае
Abstract (in another language):	The article considers the levels of state involvement in the financial and otherwise development of the content industry and compares those noted above on the examples of the USA, Great Britain, Japan and China. Creating clusters that unite creative organizations in the field of culture and media; promoting the work of social funds; supporting projects and initiatives that have passed the expertise are revealed as the positive trends of such involvement. It identifies the elements of foreign experience that are suitable for usage in the culture and media reform in China
