| Abstract: | В статье раскрывается лингвистический (лексический) аспект обеспечения системы автоматического анализа общественного мнения о предприятиях гостиничного и ресторанного бизнеса Республики Беларусь. Акцентируется внимание на необходимости введения аспектных категорий и аспектных терминов для исследуемых объектов, выявления оценочных слов с разным семантическим весом. Подчеркивается, что положенный в основу формальной модели оценки лексический подход позволяет в целом корректно извлекать оценочные суждения пользователей, при этом работа компьютерного анализатора может быть улучшена путем использования процедуры тегирования текста и введения дополнительных правил лексической сочетаемости. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the linguistic (lexical) support of the system of automatic analysis of pub-lic opinion about enterprises of the hotel and restaurant business of the Republic of Belarus. Attention is focused on the need to introduce aspect categories and aspect terms for the objects under study, to identify evaluative words with different semantic weight. It is emphasized that the lexical approach underlying the formal assessment model allows, on the whole, to extract users' opinions correctly, while the work of the computer analyzer can be improved by using the text tagging procedure and introducing additional rules of lexical compatibility. |
