Abstract:	В статье показано создание законодательной базы процесса православного храмового строительства на территории Беларуси в 60-е гг. XIX в. Источнико- вой основой являются положения Строительного устава Российской империи и церковно-строительные правила, разработанные Министерством внутрен- них дел. Анализ документов позволяет определить порядок формирования юри- дической базы церковного строительства в изучаемый период и выделить его особенности.
Abstract (in another language):	The article shows the creation of a legislative base for the process of Orthodox churches construction in Belarus in the 60-s of the XIX century. The source basis is the provisions of the Construction charter of the Russian Empire and the church building rules developed by the Ministry of internal affairs. The analysis of documents allows us to determine the order of formation of the legal base of church construction in the studied period and highlight its features.
