| Abstract: | Современные тенденции развития социально-экономических систем, главными из которых, на наш взгляд, являются информатизация и развитие «зеленой» экономики, ставят во главу угла человеческие ресурсы во всем многообразии толкования данного термина. Главной движущей силой развития становится человек, а точнее его способность к креативности, к творческому, нестандартному мышлению, в целом совокупность его интеллектуальных способностей к различного рода деятельности. В работе проводится исторический экскурс в экономическое толкование роли интеллектуальных ресурсов, которое трансформировало экономическую мысль в современную парадигму инноватики и экономики знаний |
| Abstract (in another language): | Modern trends in the development of socio-economic systems, the main of which, in our opinion, are informatization and the development of a «green» economy, put human resources at the forefront in all the variety of interpretation of this term. The main driving force of development is a person, or rather, his ability to be creative, to lateral, non-standard thinking, in general, the totality of his intellectual abilities for various kinds of activities. The paper provides a historical excursion into the economic interpretation of the role of intellectual resources, which has transformed economic thought into the modern paradigm of innovation and knowledge economy |
