| Abstract: | На базе интерпретационного потенциала теории поколений У. Штрауса и Н. Хоува раскрыты особенности студентов поколений X и Z. Выявлены различия ментальности студентов X и Z, обобщены сходства ценностей цифрового поколения, также определены сильные стороны личности и стороны, ресурсные для развития, в том числе в системе высшего образования. Краткая характеристика поколений содействует определению основных направлений организации межличностного общения и пониманию тенденций реформирования образовательного процесса в высшей школе |
| Abstract (in another language): | On the basis of the interpretive potential of the theory of generations of W. Strauss and N. Hove, the features of students of generations X and Z. Differences in the mentality of students of X and Z were revealed, similarities in the values of the digital generation were summarized, and the strengths of the individual and the sides that are resource for development, including in the higher education system, were also identified. The brief description of generations helps to determine the main directions of the organization of interpersonal communication and understand the trends in reforming the educational process in higher education |
