| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается сотрудничество стран Восточной Европы с НАТО. В качестве объекта исследования выступает реализация программы НАТО «Партнерство ради мира» и ее основных направлений в данных странах. Цель данной статьи – оценка уровня участия каждой из стран (Армении, Азербайджана, Грузии, Молдовы и Украины) в ПРМ и результативности предпринятых мер в контексте взаимодействия с НАТО по выстраиванию общеевропейской архитектуры безопасности. Новизна статьи заключается в выявлении степени взаимосвязи стран Восточной Европы и влиянием внешнеполитических интересов и приоритетов государств на отношения с НАТО. Данная проблематика недостаточно изучена в белорусской историографии. Следует отметить высокую научную и практическую значимость и актуальность изучения данного вопроса. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что оно позволяет выявить особенности формирования отношений стран Восточной Европы с НАТО и оценить их важность |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the cooperation of Eastern European countries with NATO. The object of the research is the implementation of the NATO Partnership for Peace program and its main directions in these countries. The purpose of this article is to assess the level of participation of each of the countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) in the PFP and the effectiveness of the measures taken in the context of interaction with NATO to build a pan-European security architecture. The novelty of the article is the identification of the degree of interconnection between the countries of Eastern Europe and the influence of the foreign policy interests and priorities of the states on relations with NATO. This problem is not sufficiently studied in Belarusian historiography. The high scientific and practical significance and relevance of the study of this issue is underlined. The practical significance of the study is that it allows to identify the features of the formation of relations between Eastern European countries and NATO and assess their importance |
