| Abstract: | В докладе, на примере российской страховой отрасли, рассмотрены возможности создания экосистемы как основной институционально-организационной формы взаимодействия межсекторной экономической конвергенции и цифровизации. Показано, что создание экосистемы на уровне инициатора, партнеров и клиентов приводит к положительным последствиям, в то время как на уровне отрасли оно может сопровождаться разными последствиями, в частности, может приводить к усилению монополизации. Тем не менее, проведенный анализ показал, что отказ от создания страховых экосистем может привести к таким потерям, которые будут гораздо больше, чем в случае усиления монополизации, обусловленной созданием только одной-двух, а не более страховых экосистем |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the report, on the example of the Russian insurance industry, the possibilities of creating an ecosystem as the main institutional and organizational form of interaction between intersectoral economic convergence and digitalization are considered. It is shown that the creation of an ecosystem at the level of the initiator, partners and customers leads to positive consequences, while at the industry level it can be accompanied by different consequences, in particular, it can lead to increased monopolization. However, the analysis showed that the refusal to create insurance ecosystems can lead to losses that will be much greater than in the case of increased monopolization, due to the creation of only one or two, and not more insurance ecosystems |
