| Abstract: | Рассмотрены экономические аспекты актуальности повышения уровня цифровой культуры предприятия. Отмечено, что изменения производства, связанные с цифровой трансформацией, не могут быть долговременными без соответственного отношения к этому сотрудников. Приведены направления формирования цифровой культуры и показатели эффективности мероприятий по повышению уровня цифровой культуры с ее акцентом не на прямое следование командам, а на делегирование, сотрудничество, взаимопонимание, самодисциплину и самоорганизацию. В совокупности это приводит к росту скорости и качества цифровой трансформации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The economic aspects of the effectiveness of increasing the level of digital culture of the enterprise are considered. It is noted that changes in production associated with digital transformation cannot be long-term without the appropriate attitude of employees to this. The directions for the formation of digital culture and indicators of the effectiveness of measures to increase the level of digital culture are given, with its emphasis not on direct following commands, but on delegation, cooperation, mutual understanding, self-discipline and self-organization. Together, this leads to an increase in the speed and quality of digital transformation |
