| Abstract: | Проведен анализ изменений в содержании образования и социальной среде в условиях перехода к экономике знаний. Выявлено качественное отличие во влиянии этих изменений на управление университетами. В данном контексте выявлено различие между традиционными и современными университетами как университетами индустриальной экономики и экономики знаний. На концептуальном уровне выявлено несоответствие между усиливающимся включением современного университета в социально-экономические процессы и уровнем институализации их отношений с основными контрагентами. Сделан вывод о необходимости активной и целенаправленной институализации отношений в области управления университетами на основе использования принципов корпоративного управления, усиления стратегической составляющей, использования разнообразных организационных форм для координации интересов всех участников |
| Abstract (in another language): | The analysis of changes in the content of education and the social environment in the context of the transition to the knowledge economy is carried out. A qualitative difference in the impact of these changes on the management of universities is revealed. In this context, a distinction is made between traditional and modern universities as universities of industrial economy and knowledge economy. At the conceptual level, a discrepancy was revealed between the increasing inclusion of a modern university in socio-economic processes and the level of institutionalization of their relations with the main counterparties. The conclusion is made about the need for active and purposeful institutionalization of relations in the field of university management based on the use of the principles of corporate governance, strengthening the strategic component, the use of various organizational forms to coordinate the interests of all participants |
