| Abstract: | Авторами представлена методика оценки внедрения грейдовой системы оплаты труда, которая позволяет обеспечить рост производительности труда, что подтверждается соответствующими расчетами. В отличие от имеющихся в литературе подходов к анализу и расчету эффективности заработной платы данная методика предусматривает оценку производительности труда, фонда заработной платы, среднесписочной численности, а также подтверждает наличие зависимости между производительностью труда и действующей в организации системой материального стимулирования персонала |
| Abstract (in another language): | The authors represent a methodology of assessment of the implementation of a grading system, which allows to increase labor productivity, what is confirmed by calculations. In contrast to the approaches of analyzing and calculating the effectiveness of wage systems available in the literature, this methodology provides an assessment of labor productivity, of the wage fund, of the average headcount, and also confirms the existence of the correlation between the labor productivity and the system of material incentives for personnel in the organization |
